Trisha grew up in Independence, Missouri. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Theology from Rockhurst University. She then went to law school at the University of Missouri- Kansas City. During law school she was very involved with the Midwest Innocence Project and the Public Defender’s Office. She also spent a summer studying abroad in Ireland and Wales.

She started her legal career with the Missouri Public Defender’s Office handling a wide variety of criminal cases at the trial level. She left criminal defense and transitioned to civil trial practice where she was also admitted to the state bars of Kentucky and Alabama. She then went on to represent the people of Missouri as an Assistant Attorney General in the Governmental Relations division.

Always looking for a new challenge, she started working on mass tort and toxic exposure cases. Helping those who have been harmed by companies that put profits over safety has become her passion. She has worked on various mass litigations including Camp Lejeune, Roundup, AFFF and Paraquat. Trisha works in the Rochester office.
